To polish composite patterns, plugs, masters and product molds. Also to polish FRP parts, metals and painted surfaces.

Application

Apply GlossMaster in three (3) quarter-size spots per square foot to the surface that is to be polished. Using a professional buffer, buff with a soft polishing pad (yellow cotton) or egg-crate foam polishing pad. (If using a foam pad, you will want to use a mister bottle to keep the surface wet.) While buffing, the surface should look wet. If not, add more GlossMaster. Buffing speeds will vary depending on buffing styles, but some users find that speeds of 2200-2400 rpm work well. Polish until the haze is eliminated and you have a smooth, glossy finish free of swirl marks.
